The Square was challenged by ManpowerGroup, a world leader in innovative workforce solutions, to develop tools that could value employees and help them understand how they are contributing to the success of the organization.

Below some examples of what has been done since 2020:

  • the development of audiovisual content that highlighted the values of ManpowerGroup, especially important during the pandemic period
  • “Year Book 2020” – the creation of an internal publication that congratulated the efforts made by the team during 2020, including interviews and quotes from 40 employees
  • the creation of a solidarity campaign, including the landing page, that promoted interaction between the brand and its stakeholders.
